Ensemble Aubade performance Saturday at 7pm!

Join us for a great concert with Ensemble Aubade from Boston on Saturday, and celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Debussy’s Sonata for Flute, Viola and Harp! The trio will perform Debussy, Ravel, and Speech (an American composer). Dr. Speech will be in attendance at the concert, and you will be invited to chat with her and the musicians after the concert. Admission is by donation for those able (made possible by the New England Foundation for the Arts)

Earlier in the day there will also be an instrumental workshop (flute, harp, and piano) with members of the group and local students and adults. Auditor’s are welcome at this workshop, and a donation of $10 is suggest. More information can be found HERE.

Sunday at 3pm: Works by Strauss, Schubert, Reinecke and more

Join us for music from romantic to modern, including the turbulent Reinecke Undine Sonata, Strauss’ Four Last Songs, and a modern setting of Irish Folk Tunes by Corigliano. Admission is by donation (if able), Sunday at 3pm at Union Episcopal Church for the West Claremont Center for Music and the Arts. If you’d prefer an outside seat, feel free to bring a chair and sit on the front lawn!

Join us this Saturday at the West Claremont Center for Music and the Arts​ for these amazing internationally acclaimed musicians. Multicultural Buffet Dinner at 5:30pm, and concert (by donation) at 7pm. A fusion of their classical and jazz training, and inspired by their heritage (Syrian and Sri Lankan), their performance is a celebration of the unique passion only music can express. A part of the WCCMA’s Summer Concert Series at Union Church, made possible by Concertmaster Sponsor Mascoma Savings Bank.
