Join us for an introduction to the lever harp! Don’t miss this rare opportunity to try out the harp, participate in a group lesson, and discover just how fun and easy it can be. Instructor Angela Biggs, soprano and harper, performs and teaches in Claremont and the wider area. In this class you will be able to get a basic introduction, as well as having the option of continuing on through private instruction, or with group workshops through WCCMA. If you decide to continue with the harp Angela will teach you to find your way around the harp, how to read music, harp hand position, basic techniques such as cross-overs and cross-unders, fundamental building blocks like intervals and arpeggios, harmonics and other fun effects.

RSVPs are required by April 26th, space is limited, but additional sessions will be added if demand is sufficient. Admission is by donation.
