Harp on Wednesday, and Strawberry Festival tomorrow!

We have just a couple spots left in our harp workshop that will be this Wednesday. Sessions are at 7:00pm and 7:30pm. We will have more in the future as well. Instructor Angela Biggs performed at the Claremont Farmers’ and Artisans’ Market this week and was a huge hit! For more information on the workshops, click HERE.

Also, our friends Union-St. Luke’s will hold their Annual Strawberry Festival at Union Church in the Parish Hall (133 Old Church Rd) tomorrow, Saturday June 22nd 5:00pm-6:30pm. While this is not a WCCMA event, this event helps to support the facilities where nearly all of our performances and workshops are held. For those who don’t know, the church’s organ and new floor are nearing the end of a huge 6 month renovation. A great deal of the renovations were improvements as a performance facility with WCCMA in mind.

Please consider stopping by for dinner, you’ll be able to pick up your summer concert series schedule. This event has brought together volunteers from across the community for over 50 years. The menu includes their rare and famous Norwegian Meatballs (hand rolled, fried, and steamed), strawberry shortcake with NH berries, mashed potato, gravy, coleslaw, rolls, beets, and beverages. Food is served family style so you’ll be able to enjoy as much as you like of your favorite items. Reservations are suggested, some years they nearly run out of meatballs! Email: [email protected] or leave a message: 603.542.7209. The dining room will be air conditioned, and is handicapped accessible through the side door.

Several WCCMA volunteers along with staff will be there working, so we hope to see you there!
