WCCMA is proud to be offering our first fine/visual arts program for 2014!

6 – Week Sculpting Workshop
Begins Fridays, February 21 – March 28
7:00pm – 9:00pm
presented by West Claremont Center for Music and the Arts
at Union Church Hall, 133 Old Church Rd, Claremont NH

Join us for 6 weeks of sculpting with Ernest Montenegro (creator of the Claremont 250th Sculpture). No experience necessary. Space is limited. For ages 10 and up, families and adults are welcome. Suggested donation:

Individuals – $25 supplies + $90 class fee
Families (2 or more from the same household) – $25 Supplies + $60 class fee

3rd Annual Baking Competition and Sale – December 7th, 1pm – 3pm – Bake Sale of exquisite treats, raffle, and friendly competition with prizes! Prices for baked goods vary, multiple purchase options are available. Click HERE for info

Christmas with the Firehouse 6 – December 22nd, 2pm – Join us for this festive holiday concert, including Dixieland and holiday favorites, all presented under the pine boughs. Click HERE for Info

 

 

We will be sending out letters for our Annual Fundraising Drive soon. If you don’t receive a letter, or prefer to have other donation option, you can click HERE. All donations are tax deductible, and make our programs possible! We have had astounding growth in the last year, including a dramatic increase in youth education programs. Your donations help to change the lives of children in the greater Claremont area, by providing them with instruments, access to instruction, and inspiring performances. Thank you for your support!

Last day for the Local Arts Fair on Sunday (11-2pm)

After setting your clock back, don’t forget to stop by at the Local Arts Fair tomorrow (Vendor list HERE). You gain a whole hour to your day, just the perfect amount of time to stop by, browse, shop, see demonstrations, listen to music and/or enjoy some Korean BBQ/delicious food. You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for our drawing of items donated generously by vendors and local businesses!
