The 1st Annual WCCMA Fall Food Festival showcases local, homemade food items. All types of homemade goods are welcome including (but not limited to): Pies, cupcakes, cookies, quick breads, jams, maple syrup, fudge, savory treats, etc. Since the festival is being held the Saturday before Thanksgiving, vendors are welcome to use this time for pre-order pick-ups or special ordering for the holiday.

$25 PER 4ft space
There is a limited number of spots with access to the electric outlets. Vendors will be notified if available spots are already taken.
Tables and linens will be provided. Vendors are welcome to add decorations or table covers on top of the white tablecloths provided. Chairs will be provided.
We will have our 8ft tables marked with tape to identify each vendors space. If you require extra space for your set-up please let us know in advance.
All vendors are asked to donate an item to our show raffle which will be held during the festival. Tickets will be sold through the show with winners being drawn at the end of the show. All ticket proceeds and application fees directly benefit the WCCMA a (501(c)3 non-profit. Want to learn more about our organization? Click here for more info!
FOOD HANDLING AND PACKAGING GUIDELINES
All vendors agree to follow all state guidelines around food handling and labeling for their items. All items should be labeled with the vendors contact information and list all ingredients (starting with the largest amount). For more information visit click here for the NH DDS.
