7th Annual Artisan Fair

November 4, 2017 @ 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Claremont Savings Bank Community Center

Join us for the 7th Annual Local Artisan Fair! This year our event will again be held at the CSB Community Center but this time like a pop-up boutique in the lobby, and will feature artists and artisans of all sorts, music, and more!

 

Pottery by artists from EarthStar Potter in N. Hartland, Sewn goods and pet toys, American doll clothing, freshly roasted nuts, woodworking items, ornaments, and more!

Food will also be available at this event, including Korean BBQ, Norwegian Meatballs, and homemade cookies. Special music performance by Harper and Soprano Angela Biggs. With thanks to the Claremont Parks and Recreation Dept for their support of this event. Admission to this event is free

Funds raised from this event help to support WCCMA’s youth education programs!

HopStop: Jason Tardy, juggler (FREE)

November 18, 2017 @ 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at CSB Community Center: City of Claremont

You will be on the edge of your seat (or the HopStop rug) when Jason takes the stage in this wild ride of juggling and comedy. Accompanied by upbeat recorded music, Jason will juggle and manipulate anything and everything: toilet plungers, yoga balls, ladders, even himself. Amazing stunts done with no fear and a lot of practice will have jaws on the floor. Jason may need an assist from audience members during the performance.

Registration deadline extended, register now to the the early bird discount! A Multidisciplinary program for artists of all types, and a new take on our Summer Camp program from last year. Come together to create art and music! Whether you want to be a soloist or help behind the scenes, there’s a way for you to be a part of the show. For middle through high school students. Outstanding essays are eligable for a discount towards your registration fee, which will be refunded towards your registration if you paid in advance. If you would like to be considered for a fee waiver or other payment options please use the “Free” registration option.

WCCMA’s InterArts Summer Camp is an opportunity for students with an interest in the arts to come together to explore, learn, and create for 3 weeks over the summer. Participants will collaborate to form a multi-disciplinary performance for the public which will be shaped and guided by their talents. Tuesday and Thursday for 3 weeks in July participants will work together to create a vaudeville show that will be performed at the end of the third week.

Shop the Artisan Fair on Sat and Sun!

img_3670Join us this weekend for the 6th Annual Artisan Fair, a part of the NH Open Doors statewide touring event. This great event will feature new and returning artists featuring ceramics, watercolor, acrylics, jewelry (beaded and silversmithing), fiber arts, and more. We’ll have music by soprano and harper Angela Biggs for an hour each day. Food will be available, including Norwegian Meatballs, Korean BBQ, baked goods, and more.

Location: CSB Community Center, 152 South St, Claremont, NH (in the multipurpose room, behind the front desk)

Time: Sat 10 – 2pm, Sun 11 – 2pm
