Reserve your tickets for the Spring Tea and Luncheon!

The weather report is calling for a beautiful spring day on Saturday, and there are still a few tickets left for the spring tea and luncheon. What better way to spend a spring day than with live music, a cupcake bar, a delicious lunch spread, prizes and more? Don’t forget to bring your spring hat for the hat parade, and get ready to join in the Maypole dancing (weather permitting) at the end of the event. Live music will be provided by Angela Biggs, soprano, Kirsten Becker, piano, and students from the studio of Angela Biggs.

Arts Mixer – 3rd Saturdays Open Studio

April 21, 2018 @ 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Union Episcopal Church

Join us for a monthly open studio session at the West Claremont Center for Music and the Arts. All creative mediums are welcome. We’ll have hosts skilled in painting, drawing, crochet, sewing, jewelry, photography, graphic design, and more. Bring your project and all materials, some limited basic supplies and tools may be available for use.

This event is for ages 12 and up (under 16 should have an adult join them). Younger devoted artists may contact us to inquire about attending with adult supervision.

Fee:$10 for members, $15 for nonmembers

HopStop: Alissa Coates (FREE)

A K-8 music teacher in her spare time, singer songwriter Alissa Coates performs for children all over Massachusetts. For this HopStop, Alissa brings her guitar, voice and also fun ways for the audience to play along. Alissa’s songs require movement, so come ready to sit, stand and hop all around.

5th Annual Spring Tea and Luncheon

May 5, 2018 @ 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM at Union Church Parish Hall

Join us for a family friendly event including a delicious luncheon, tea, activities, music, games, prizes, and more! Don’t forget to bring your spring hat for the hat parade. New this year, you won’t want to miss the cupcake decorating bar!

Holiday Choir (and Pick up Choir)

We are looking for community members (adult and youth) who would like to join our holiday choir. We will have performances at the Broad Street Park Lighting, a local carol singing around town, our community sing along “Sing! A Joyful Christmas”,  and the Candlelight Christmas Eve Service at Union Church. Participation is not required at all events to join the group. Cookie Sale, Holiday Bazaar, and Chowder Luncheon

At Union Church Hall, 133 Old Church Road, Claremont, NH Nov 18th 10am – 2pm and Nov 19th, 11am-2pm Chowder Luncheon served 11am-2pm The Holiday Bazaar features a variety of gingerbread houses, baked goods, crafts, berry bowls, kitchen items, knit items, toys, vendors, and attic treasures. We’ll have a fun assortment of homemade ornaments and crafts for sale. We’ll even have a table where you can make your own ornament! Luncheon includes homemade fish and corn chowder, assorted sandwiches, and delicious desserts. Baked goods will be for sale to benefit WCCMA, other fundraising activities benefit Union Church. HopStop: Jason Tardy, juggler (FREE)

November 18, 2017 @ 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at CSB Community Center: City of Claremont

You will be on the edge of your seat (or the HopStop rug) when Jason takes the stage in this wild ride of juggling and comedy. Accompanied by upbeat recorded music, Jason will juggle and manipulate anything and everything: toilet plungers, yoga balls, ladders, even himself. Amazing stunts done with no fear and a lot of practice will have jaws on the floor. Jason may need an assist from audience members during the performance.

Funk and Lunch Benefit with Bassel and the Supernaturals

A special acoustic performance by Chicago’s Bassel and the Supernaturals, and benefit for WCCMA. Your ticket includes an exclusive ticket to the event and lunch after the concert. The lunch includes a cup of chowder (fish or corn), sandwich (tuna, ham, or egg), and choice of dessert.
