4th Annual Artisan Fair coming Nov 8th and 9th!

2014 NHOpenDoors Poster Letter sm copyThe West Claremont Center for Music and the Arts is pleased to announce a selection of the artists and artisans that will have items available at the 4th Annual Local Artisans Fair on November 8th, 10-2pm; and November 9th 11-2pm in the Union Church Hall, 133 Old Church Rd, Claremont, NH. This event is a part of NH Open Doors (nhopendoors.com) a statewide touring and shopping event. A variety of items, from small to large, will be available to purchase. Fiber arts, pottery, woodworking, sculpted ornaments, watercolor, soaps, and much more. Food will also be available, including Korean BBQ, Norwegian Meatballs, Soup and Bread bowls, and exquisite desserts. Sunday there will be a triangle weaving workshop (to sign up: [email protected]), and both days at 12pm harper Angela Biggs will perform. Following Saturday’s activities a local student recital will be held at 2pm, featuring local harp, voice, piano, and flute students. Cortney Nichols: Eco friendly home goods and gifts

Last day for the Local Arts Fair on Sunday (11-2pm)

After setting your clock back, don’t forget to stop by at the Local Arts Fair tomorrow (Vendor list HERE). You gain a whole hour to your day, just the perfect amount of time to stop by, browse, shop, see demonstrations, listen to music and/or enjoy some Korean BBQ/delicious food. You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for our drawing of items donated generously by vendors and local businesses!

3rd Annual Artisan Fair Vendor Preview!

2013-11 NHOpenDoors Poster Letter SMFor the 3rd year the West Claremont Center for Music and the Arts will be hosting the Local Arts Fair as part of the NH Opendoors state-wide touring weekend on November 2rd, 2013 at 10-2pm; November 3th 11-2PM. The Fair will be held at Union Church parish hall, 133 Old Church Rd, West Claremont, NH. This event features up to juried vendors, food, live music, demonstrations, harp workshop, and more. This event has come to be noted as the perfect place to do your holiday shopping. WCCMA offers vendor spaces, and for the first time this year will be creating a display space where artists can leave items to be sold. Vendors will include artisan jewelry, handmade glass beads and accessories, fiber arts, paintings, sculpture, woven goods, children’s accessories, rugs, home accessories, and fine art. Harp workshops will be available on Nov 2nd with Sessions at 12:15PM and 1:00PM, please RSVP. Food features Korean BBQ, Norwegian meatballs, sweets, popcorn, and more.
